Truffled sauce
Black sauce spaghetti: Cook spaghetti. In a plate mix a spoon of cream and 40 gr. of truffled sauce for each person, add poured spaghetti and amalgamate. Sprinkle on it some parsley thinly minced. Spaghetti can be replaced with other types of pasta.

Ingredients: Mushrooms, extra vergin olive oil, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.), salt, aromas.

Shelf life: 3 years

Conservations: In luogo fresco al riparo dalla luce. Dopo l'apertura conservare in frigorifero
