This Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Imperia (Liguria) has inherited this noble tradition. The oil is obtained by light cold pressing of the prime "Taggiasca" olives hence its delicate and fragrant aroma.

Product profile: Slightly veiled, with a delicate golden yellow color, it is lightly fruity to the nose, reminiscent of ripe olives, elegant and complex with several fragrances, among which those of white fruits are clearly perceptible. Its taste is harmonious and balanced, slightly bitter and spicy and with several vegetable hints of wild grass. With a medium fluidity, it is suitable for seafood starters, first courses of the Ligurian cuisine, quality fish (both roasted and in tinfoil), raw and cooked vegetables, fresh cheeses and fine pastry.
