A cake with a lovely delicate taste. It was created in 1891 by the pastry-chef Giobatta Perbellin who modified the classic recipe for "nadalin" (an ancient Veronese cake) enriching it with butter to make a softer-textured cake. The same carefully selected ingredients are still used today. To enjoy its delicate flavour at its best, Offella should be eaten as fresh as possible. Production begins in October and continues until late spring. Packed by hand in an original paper wrapping, Offella is the perfect gift for all occasions.

Ingredients: Farina di grano tenereo tipo "0", zucchero, burro, uova, mandorle dolci, burro di cacao, latte, sale, lievito naturale, alcool, emulsionante (mono e digliceridi degli acidi grassi), aromi.
