Müller Thurgau TRENTINO DOC
The Müller Thurgau vine was obtained in 1881, from the German researcher Hermann Müller, on the Costanza lake, crossing the Riesling Renano variety with the Silvaner Verde.

Grape: Müller Thurgau
Vinification: Gentle pressing, separating the skins from the must, then fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C to 20 °C
Bottling: In the spring, following the grape's harvest
Colour: Pale golden yellow, with green reflections
Bouquet: Fresh and fragrant, with peach and almond blossom coming to mind
Flavour: Light, with subtle and dry flavour, substained by the right amount of acidity, which stimulates the lingering effect
Accompaniment: Fish and dishes flavoured with herbs, soups, purèes and egg - based dishes

Serving Temperature 12 °C to 14 °C
