Wine obtained through long Charmat method from Durella grapes, an ancient autochthon variety grown in Lessinia area, in vineyards mostly located on hills.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Colour: Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflexes.
Perlage: Fine and persistent.
Bouquet: Delicate, characteristic and lightly fruity.
Taste: Fresh, appealing, harmonious, pleasantly aggressive.
Food matches: Ideal on its own as aperitif or with fish courses. It is the perfect companion for "Baccalà alla Vicentina" (Traditional Venetian Stockfish), a traditional dish of our region.
Serving temperature: Serve at 6-8° C.
