Le Palè Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso doc - Giuliari 2006

This Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso wine is made from Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes and is fermented a second time with the pressed grapes used to produce Amarone wine, which gives it a stronger and more decisive character.

It is a full bodied wine which couples with ad compliments all meat dish, roasts and matured cheeses.

Principal grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.
Best served at 16°-18°
Alcohol: 14%vol.
Total Acidity: 5,8-6,20 g/liter
