A region where Northern and Southern flavours merge, Marche food and cuisine is largely unknown to people outside of Italy but definitely worth exploring. Its traditional dishes use some of the most delicate and cherished Italian ingredients like truffle, olives and “baccalà” codfish.
We also have to mention the famous Verdicchio DOC white wine, a fantastic pairing with fish dishes.
