Inspired by a very special bread aroma: meet Mangibene
Mangibene story begins back in 1925, when Violante and Bernardo left their hometown, Bagolino, where the delicious Italian cheese Bagòss d'alpeggio is made.
They settled in Verona, where they decided to open a food shop with bakery, to prepare bread and cakes. The smell of cured meats and bread would diffuse and sometimes become a great inspiration.
